I saw the IEP goal packet and it’s been sitting in my wishlist for quite some time now. I work in Ohio but I found this pdf for free online: http://www.csha.org/pdf/SLPGoalsandObjectivesupdate.pdf
It’s speech-language goals based on the 2006 content standards for the state of California. While it’s slightly dated and the standards don’t completely match that of Ohio, it’s a great basis for goal writing. Just make sure to update the wording of the goal so that it’s compliant for your state (I know in Ohio we have to include 6 parts).
