I’m back with another installment of Instagram Jam. IG is definetly my favorite form of social media at the moment! You can follow me on Instagram at @speechroomnews, tag speech stuff with #speechroomnews if you want to make sure I see it! So here’s what’s been happening on IG! This week starts our 3rd #InstaSLP link up! You can join in on the fun by posting your photos on IG with the hashtag #InstaSLP! I celebrated my Granny’s 90th birthday instead of heading to ASHA. I finally used my new CELF 5. My comments and opinions generated some thoughts about our likes and dislikes! I programmed a new AAC app (Sono Flex) into my ipad while waiting for my friends at happy hour! We’re debating if the tug of war over pie is right or wrong from my LikeSkills Thanksgiving unit! Social Thinking Glassman meets Soda Pop Head by Julia Cook. I made the November ASHA Leader. My library has a pick up window. It’s the little things in life that make me happy! I’m using my free Turkey Categories activity with the EET. We used the EET to describe American Symbols and the concepts of Veterans Day. I passed 9k followers on FB! And took a picture because I’m nerdy and excited. This commercial freaks me out about 2 times per day. Pretty Ohio Sundays. This is real life. Ugh. I threw a baby shower for a fellow SLP! My friends at our OSSPEAC conference table sharing the good word about SLPs on TPT. Make sure you link up on the #InstaSLP party this week!

I have a student that uses the Sono Flex app. LOVE it!
Hahaha I loooove the new Sprint Commercials. That’s hilarious. I just saw a new one tonight that cracked me up.. Both of them going back and forth (you probably saw it if you were watching The Voice!) with all kinds of abbreviations like ‘obvi’ ‘totes magotes’ and ‘adorbs’!
