I wrote a few days ago about how I organize my Cariboo cards for each season. Today I am finally posting the Visual Directions and Communication Boards that I use with my students.
I use these directions to introduce the game to my students for the first time. It’s also great to use when you ask a child to teach someone else to play (HELLO, amazing language task!) or if you’re leaving the game out for free play.
I also use this communication board. It’s a great language aid for nonverbal students. Even my ‘verbal’ little ones use it to help them with vocabulary.
