Dollar Store Preschool Pumpkins

Dollar Store Pumpkins

I love pumpkin season! If you have a Dollar Tree store near you, you’ll find the perfect materials to make a fun preschool craft.

Head to the Dollar Tree and find their small styrofoam pumpkins. I got three so that my groups can have enough for each student. You can also find some great pumpkin decoration sets. They are plastic eyes, mouths, noses, and ears that can be used to decorate a real pumpkin.

Instead of adding them to a real pumpkin, add them to a styrofoam pumpkins. Then the student can add, remove, and swap out the pieces sort of like a Potato Head toy!

The total project cost $6 (3 pumpkins, 3 decorating kits) and will be used for years to come!
