Let’s talk about iPad activities to use in speech therapy for Valentine’s Day! Here’s a few of my favorites for a range of ages!
Cupcake Maker by Bluebear (free with in-app purchases). This cupcake making app is free with the option to upgrade but I just use the free bits. You can work on following directions, action words, and sequencing! It’s fun and easy! 
Happy Valentine’s Day, Little Critter! by Oceanhouse media. ($1.99) Although I usually prefer my real books, a quick holiday book on the iPad can be a good alternative! Little Critter Valentine’s Day is an option.
First Words Valentine by Learning Touch LLC (free). This free app is awesome for Valentine’s related vocabulary! Take the vocabulary words and use them in sentences or in social inferencing!
Image Spinner by Joe Scrivens (99 cents)Have you seen the Image Spinner App? It’s a great 99 cent app that I heard about HERE from a fellow blogger. It’s an awesome app where you import pictures, add your own voice recording and VIOLA! In 30 seconds you have made yourself a spinner game! I added pictures of LOVE themed idioms. Super great for older groups and middle schoolers.
Make Dice App ($2.99) Add any words to these virtual dice. I added ‘valentine verbs’ to the dice and some other lovey-dovey adjectives! Easy!
